Field Sport UK has a separate woodland available to hire for schools to run outdoor lessons.
Outdoor Learning is a great way to engage your pupils, it keeps their mind fresh and focused. Our Woodland is often used by schools to run orienteering, life skills, and much more. Young people are our future and the future of our countryside. Field Sport UK work with one principle in mind - educate through participation
while having fun!
Working in an outdoor classroom can boost pupil's morale and their mental health. We can also accommodate SEN Schools, Home education groups and much more.
The woodland is sectioned into zoned areas, to run different types of lessons.
We can also provide additional activities to add on to your lessons:
Archery, Assault Course, Animal Tracking, Air Rifle Shooting, Art with natural materials, Axe Throwing, Bread Making, Bio Diversity, Bushcraft, Campfire Cooking, Comparing woodlands, Eco system, Fire craft and its uses, Natural crafts, Pottery, Sports day activities, Stone age, Vikings and Medieval times, Shelter Building, Team building Challenges, Tree and plant identification, Willow weaving And much more.
