CPSA Shotgun Skills Course in Derbyshire
This is a modular course which allows you the opportunity to learn more about shotgun handling, safety and shooting technique
Module 2a and 2b is a more detailed course with an off-range theory session covering:
- Gun fit and master eye check
- Stance
- The CPSA 'Method' in detail
- Safety
- Personal Protection Equipment
- Shotguns - types and choice
- Cartridges and Proof
- Chokes
- Proof Marks
- Law
- Gun Cleaning
This will be followed by an on-range session where you can put your theory into practice.
On completion, you will receive a Diploma and a qualification log book showing you can safely handle a shotgun without supervision, which is recognised by CPSA affiliated, Shotgun Firearms Licensing and registered shooting grounds.
This Module two course is part of the CPSA Combined 1 & 2 Course
